Shipping
We ship Monday thru Fridays. Orders placed before 2 PM eastern time usually
ship the same day. When your package is ready for shipment, you will be notified via email, and
the status of your order will be updated on the website.
Shipping Fees:
Boyz Toyz has the fairest shipping fees on the net! We charge
the bare minimum, and in most cases you pay
less than what it costs us to package and ship your order. Our shopping
cart always shows your current shipping charge.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- $2.49 Ultra Saver Shipping - Applies to orders that contain
only Ultra Saver eligible items. 90+ percent of the items we sell
are Ultra Saver eligible!. Ultra
Saver orders
usually ship either via First Class Mail, or Priority Mail so they will get
to you
very
quickly.
If the
order is large enough we will ship it via UPS.
- $3.95 Super Saver Shipping - Applies to orders that contain
only Super
Saver eligible items. Super Saver orders usually
ship either via First Class Mail, or Priority Mail so they will get to
you
very quickly. If the
order is large enough we will ship it via UPS.
- $6.95 Standard shipping fee.
- FREE SHIPPING - Applies to a growing number of our products. This has
the added benefit that it trumps all other shipping fees, with the exception
of items that are marked as "Oversized"! This means that if you
add an item
with free
shipping to
your
shopping cart you will receive FREE shipping on the entire order as long
as it doesn't contain any oversized items!
* You may be wondering why Boyz Toyz
doesn't offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 like a few of our competitors.
Simple!
It needs
to be
fair on both ends. We don't want to subsidize free shipping on large orders
by gouging for shipping on smaller orders. We are trying to make shipping fees
as much
of a non-issue as possible no matter how big or small your order may be.
Backorders
Items that are not in stock at the time you place your order will show a status of "Backorder" (or something similar)
on our website and will be placed on backorder. Likewise, if you order more
of an item than what we have in stock, our shopping cart will show how much is shippable and
how much will be put on backorder.
Backorders will be treated as
separate orders and you will be charged $2.49 shipping for each backorder shipment.
To avoid excessive shipping fees, we will ship backorders only after $20 or more
of shippable merchandise becomes available, or when we have everything needed
to complete the order.
NOTE: Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items
until they are ready to ship.
Payment Options
The following forms of payment are accepted:
Returns
Note: Returns will not be accepted without
an RMA number.
Returns may be made within
14 days of receipt of goods. Returned merchandise along with all its original packaging and contents must be in unused condition. The mounting of engines and/or accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise.
Some electronic devices such as radios, chargers, and ESC's cannot be returned once they've been opened! Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged Merchandise
If a package has been damaged in shipping and it's apparent when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged, call us immediately. Be sure to save all paperwork and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving credit for the return.
Defective Merchandise
If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments; however, some manufacturers prefer handling defects directly. Defects found after the product is in use fall under manufacturer's warranty. A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which procedure is appropriate for you.
Missing Parts
If you receive merchandise that is missing a part please contact us and we will make sure that you get it, either directly from our inventory, or we will direct you to the manufacturer, whichever is most appropriate.
Liability
We cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of kits, engines and accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the use of any of the products we sell. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.
Boyz Toyz is not a manufacturer and cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failures.
No-nonsense privacy policy
Your privacy if very important to us. You can be assured that any information
you provide on our website will be kept in strict confidence. We will
not give or sell your private information to any 3rd party for any reason
other
than what may be necessary for the completion of your transactions with
us - e.g. credit card validation.
Additional terms for credit card purchases
If you use a credit card to pay for your purchase you are also agreeing
to the privacy policy of Authorize.net -
our credit card gateway provider.
Spam
We hate unwanted email just as much as anyone, so we don't want
to be found guilty of spamming our customers. We do
occasionally send
out
emails to notify our customers of special offers
or new products
that
may
interest
them, but
it
is purely
on
an op-in
basis. If you do not wish to receive these offers, simply select
the appropriate option during the account signup procedure. You can also
change
this setting at any time
by simply logging in and updating your account settings.
Regions Serviced
We currently only service the continental US. If you live elsewhere, please
accept our apology! We will probably open up our services to other countries
in the near future, so feel free to check in from time to time.
